Limits and compliance

Party calls are about kids, but the agent talks only with parents and adult guardians. If a child answers, it asks for a parent or ends the call politely. It never collects details about a child beyond the birthday name and age the parent chooses to share. Injuries are told to dial 911 and go to your manager.
